01. Acceptance
By creating an account or accessing before-invest.com, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
02. Service
Before Invest is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing financial data analysis and normalization tools. Before Invest does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The platform is intended solely for educational and research purposes.
03. Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at: contact@before-invest.com
04. Billing
Plans: Premium features require a paid subscription. Current rates and terms are displayed on our pricing page.
Billing: Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring fee.
Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
05. Cancellation
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: To the maximum extent permitted by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
06. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- — Automated data extraction, including scraping, bots, or unauthorized API harvesting.
- — Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing multi-user access on a single subscription.
- — Commercial redistribution or resale of the structured data provided by the platform.
07. Disclaimer
Source: Financial data is aggregated from public corporate filings submitted to the SEC.
No Warranty: While we strive for accuracy, the data is provided "as is". Vincent Lagache EI does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.
Liability: You assume full responsibility for your financial decisions. Vincent Lagache EI shall not be liable for any financial losses or investment damages.
08. Intellectual Property
The software code, database architecture, algorithms, interface, and design of Before Invest are the exclusive property of Vincent Lagache EI. Raw financial data sourced from public SEC filings remains in the public domain.
09. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice or refund, in the event of a breach of these Terms (including automated scraping or account sharing).
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
